Thank you for choosing PRG Management! These terms of service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of PRG Management (“we” or “our”) websites and services (the “Services”).

Description of the Services

We strive to give our customers the best experience possible. Because every property, owner and resident is unique, we focus our time on something that we call “property management,” to efficiently and effectively promote the property value and support the owners and residents needs. In order to improve on PRG Management’s services, we are required to update our Terms on occasion. The PRG Management Services provide support on behalf of the owners, but PRG Management cannot be responsible or liable for all of the owners property and their own ownership risks.

These Terms Govern Use of the Services

These Terms, which incorporate our Privacy Policy, constitute a legally-binding agreement between PRG Management and you. By using the Services you agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms.

YOU SHOULD READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICES.

These Terms apply to all users of the Services. You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms. If you do not agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms, you may not use the Services.

If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and promising that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. In that case, “you” and “your” will refer to both you as an individual and to that organization.

Disparagement

The Parties agree that during and after the term of this Agreement, neither Party shall engage in any conduct or communication, whether oral, written, or through any media, that disparages or portrays the other Party in a negative or derogatory light. This includes but is not limited to public statements, social media posts, or communications to third parties.

Typical Maintenance rates

Due to the costs of inflation and 3rd party labor expenses, PRG Management has revised it’s typical maintenance rates for non-contract labor from $45/hr to $65/hr, billed at a minimum hour.

Out-of-scope manager fee

In the event where work requested by the board of directors is out of the scope of services provided by PRG Management, PRG Management reserves the right to charge the association per the costs and Terms of Services for additional services including but not limited to day-to-day operations, additional accounting, additional property manager on-site, or administrative work not relating to PRG Management service issues. The costs of these services will be billed at $75/hr for property managers and $145/hr for non-assigned, senior property managers.
