COVID-19 Action Steps

Residents,

We are all confronting issues on an enormous scale due to the COVID-19 pandemic. At PRG Management, the health, safety and well-being of our staff and residents is our priority. In order to follow the guidelines of the Center of Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), we will be taking the following steps:

  1. Protect Yourself & Others: Follow CDC guidelines - How to Protect Yourself This link provides multiple resources and answers a lot of questions.

  2. Our office is closed until further notice: All staff are working remotely.

  3. Rent/HOA Dues Payments: Please pay online at prg-management.com. Our office is closed until further notice for in-person payment delivery.

  4. Work Orders: Work orders should be sent online at prg-management.com. Please know that our staff will be following procedures that include washing of hands upon entering and leaving any apartments and wearing gloves when possible. 

  5. Social Distancing: Keep a safe distance from residents and employees in building common areas.  

  6. Hand Washing:  We encourage everyone to wash their hands with soap and water after entering common areas.
